Daily testing and monitoring of staff, customers & visitors so that immediate action can be taken should any symptoms arise.
CUSTOMERS & VISITORS:
- Digital infrared forehead temperature check. In case someone has a temperature over 37.3oC, the procedure is repeated and if it persists, the customer/visitor should leave the premises immediately and the incidence should be announced to the General Manager.
- Check in from the main entrance where a dedicated member of staff will conduct a temperature check and health status evaluation.
- Evaluation of health status:
- If the customer/visitor develops even a mild cough or low-grade fever (i.e. a temperature of 37.3oC or more), the customer/visitor will leave the premises immediately and the incidence should be announced to the General Manager.
- Customers who have returned from an area where COVID-19 is spreading should monitor themselves for symptoms for 14 days and take their temperature twice a day.
- An online file/record book is kept with data, to be stored on the system for 30 days online.
- If a member of staff who treated a patient, was isolated as a suspected COVID-19 case, the company should inform the people who have been in contact with them. They should be advised to monitor themselves for symptoms for 14 days and take their temperature twice a day.
STAFF:
- Check in from one entrance only where a dedicated member of staff will conduct a temperature check and health status evaluation. In smaller premises check in from main entrance.

- In case someone has a temperature over 37.3oC, the procedure is repeated and if it persists, the staff member should leave the premises immediately and the incidence should be announced to the General Manager.
- Evaluation of health status:If the personnel develop even a mild cough or low-grade fever (i.e. a temperature of 37.3oC or more) they should stay at home and self-isolate. This means avoiding close contact (less than 1,5 m) with other people, including family members. They should also call their health care provider or the local public health department to provide them with details of their recent travel and symptoms.
- In case someone does not feel well or has a temperature over 37.3oC, in repeated measurements, the staff member should leave the premises immediately and the incidence should be announced to the General Manager.
- In this case the company will agree to pay for a Covid-19 test if the symptoms persist and the General Practitioner of the patient recommends so.
- An online file/record book should be kept with data, to be stored on the system for 30 days only.
