  • Encourage honesty: Ensure that employees feel safe in speaking the truth when it comes to notifying their supervisor about any symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath) that they may be experiencing.
  • Educate – Ensure employees are thoroughly informed on what they need to do to protect themselves and others from contracting the virus.
  • Implementing SANITIZED PROTOCOLS: Make sure that all previously mentioned cleaning, health and safety protocols are put in to motion and are adopted as the new lifestyle of both customers and staff.
